Hospitality and tourism keep the town busy in this National Register Historic District. But many residents enjoy the short commute to the metropolitan business corridor. The top-rated local Jeffco Public Schools here continue to outperform the state on every test in every grade level. And there are several colleges and universities in nearby communities.
If you are driving a vehicle, you will find this friendly, small town of 430 residents via C-470. But jump onto your horse and you can approach from any direction. Always be sure to tip your hat to the Sheriff!
