Bannockburn is one of the largest rural subdivisions south of Denver along Highway 83.  This is a great escape to far-reaching mountain views, large lots, ponderosa pine, green meadowland, and spectacular sunsets.  Most of the lots in Bannockburn are zoned as Franktown horse properties.  

This is a wonderful area on the northern edge of Black Forest.  Franktown is located 20 minutes south of Parker and east of Castle Rock, the seat of Douglas County.  Residents find great shopping and services within these two cities.  Big city amenities in Denver and Colorado Springs, including commercial airports, are within 30-45 minutes.

Directions

From Castle Rock, take Highway 86 east to Franktown.  Continue on Highway 86 for approximately 3.5 miles.  Turn north on Deerpath Road.
